Does my dog / family member have to be present to get a painting of them?
No. All of my artwork is created from photographs. So I can paint pets that have passed or people who live in other states and countries.
Generally, I request a few photos of the subeject to get a good idea of what they look like. Usually outdoor light is best, but I can work from indoor photos if necessary.

Why do you require a deposit on custom paintings and toys?
Your deposit serves two purposes:
While I am sure that you have the most honorable intentions I have had people request a custom painting, send all the information and images and never come through on payment. By requiring a deposit it protects me from spending a lot of time on a painting someone never paid for and it protects my paying customers from waiting unnecessarily.

What is this store's return and exchange policy?
Prints - No returns are offered.
Original paintings, toys and jewelry- (Returns accepted up to 10 days after receipt of shipment) Must be returned undamaged in original condition. You must pay for return shipping.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
If you purchase and original painting it will be shipped via UPS with insurance and a tracking number.
